Join us in Belém on 15 November for the COP30 High-Level Event on Solidarity Levies, hosted by the Global Solidarity Levies Task Force (GSLTF). The event will feature the launch of the GSLTF COP30 report.

There is an emerging consensus — recognized by the COP30 Circle of Finance Ministers Report, the Independent High-Level Expert Group on Climate Finance, and the Baku to Belém Roadmap to 1.3T — that voluntary solidarity levies on polluting activities can raise significant new revenues for international climate and development finance, especially for concessional finance priorities such as climate resilience.

The COP30 High-Level Event on Solidarity Levies, organized by the Global Solidarity Levies Task Force (GSLTF), will provide a forum for advancing these crucial financial mechanisms.
